Description:
The Role: As a member of AI team, you will be responsible for investigating, conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and validating new algorithms in the areas of computer vision, natural language processing, deep learning and generative AI.
The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience having the following skill set:
- AI/ML Experience
- Extensive experience of design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for production environments
- Perform fine-tuning and custom model training using domain-specific datasets.
- Build and maintain data preprocessing pipelines for both image data (CV) and textual data (NLP).
- Work with quantized models, understanding trade-offs between performance, accuracy, and memory efficiency.
- Convert, optimize, and deploy models using ONNX format and TensorRT for high-performance inference.
- Backend Development
- Strong programming skills in Python is a must requirement.
- Experience of backend API development in Python frameworks such as Django, Fast and/or Flask is a must.
- Strong knowledge and experience of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL is a must.
- Generative AI (Good to Have)
- Strong hands-on experience with prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
- Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalents).
- Practical knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG architecture.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).
- Familiarity with open-source LLMs and model deployment. Familiarity with Hugging Face.
- Understanding of tool calling, memory, planning, and orchestration in agent-based systems.
