•Develop, test, and iterate high-quality prompts to optimize LLM performance across internal use cases.

•Lead the design and development of advanced AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems across diverse domains.

•Architect and implement robust, efficient, and scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and platforms.

•Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to stay at the forefront of innovation.

•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on AI solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

•Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and advancements in AI research and technology, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.

•Familiarity with Python, APIs, or AI/ML workflows, elizaOS and Solana Agent Kit V2 is a plus.
