Arsh Industries (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Officer (ASO) to join our growing FMCG sales team in Lahore.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Manage distributors, retailers, and trade channels.
• Expand market coverage and develop new business opportunities.
• Execute sales and trade marketing activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure market visibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Strong distributor and territory management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
