Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural & Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Architectural & Structural Design/Drafting (USA-based projects preferred)
- Strong understanding of US building codes, standards, and drafting practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural drafting tools
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings, structural drawings, detailing, and full construction document sets
- Prior experience in client-facing Zoom meetings with US & UK clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- BIM modeling and coordination experience
- Familiarity with permit drawings and construction documentation processes
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and structural drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Attend virtual meetings with international clients
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from clients and engineers
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and code-compliant deliverables
