The Appointment Setter – Amazon Agency role at Make Brands Big is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The individual in this role will contact prospective and existing clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the agency’s sales and account management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing outreach via phone, email, and messaging platforms, maintaining an organized appointment calendar, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM system. The Appointment Setter will follow up on inbound inquiries, nurture leads, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm availability and meeting details. This role also involves gathering basic account information, understanding client needs at a high level, and providing a professional, service-focused experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating meeting logistics.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Comfort using CRM or lead management tools, and basic spreadsheets to track outreach and appointments.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in sales support, telesales, or appointment setting, ideally in an agency, e-commerce, or Amazon-focused environment.
