Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients across diverse industries

• Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

• Use platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and HubSpot for lead management and qualification

• Clearly articulate Markeltree’s services and value propositions

• Schedule discovery calls and demos with the senior sales team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns and messaging

• Monitor outreach performance and optimize communication strategies for conversion

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (fresh graduates welcome)

• Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and CRM/lead generation tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with performance targets
