Applied Ai Engineer

We're hiring Applied AI Engineers at Astrik 🚀

Most AI engineering today stops at calling an API.
This role doesn't.

We're looking for people who can take a model, understand how it behaves, and make it fast, reliable, and usable in a real product. Especially around computer vision and generative AI.

What you'll actually work on:
• Virtual try on and fashion AI systems that have to look right, not just demo well
• Diffusion models, pose estimation, segmentation, and image pipelines in PyTorch
• Getting models off the research laptop and onto GPU optimized inference (CUDA, ONNX, TensorRT)
• Low latency and offline paths where the cloud isn't always an option
• Bonus: Voice AI in Urdu / Roman, WebRTC, SIP, or Asterisk

The signal I care about most: you've shipped something beyond a notebook. A custom model, a tuned VTON pipeline, a production inference path, or a project where you had to own quality and speed.
