Application & After-sales Engineer

Exide Pakistan Limited is seeking profiles for the position of "Application & After-Sales Engineer" at SITE Area, Karachi.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics.
-Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
-2-3 years of experience in the same field.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Provide technical after-sales support for solar inverters and lithium battery systems.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to inverters, BMS, lithium battery packs, and communication protocols (CAN, RS485).
-Hands-on experience with testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, software tools).
-Conduct on-site visits for installation, commissioning support, and fault rectification.
-Assist customers remotely through phone, email, or online platforms.
