You'll work with the latest generative AI tools and agentic workflows while keeping strong engineering fundamentals. Think fast prototyping with AI, building agents that can reason and take actions, shipping reliable features.
What You'll Do
- Build and improve AI-powered features using Claude (Anthropic SDK) and other modern LLMs
- Create agentic systems that can plan, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI coding tools and turn them into clean, production-ready code
- Design smart workflows with retrieval (RAG), memory, and tool calling
- Occasionally dive into classic ML when LLMs alone aren't enough (PyTorch, training, evaluation)
- Work closely with the team to ship features that users actually love
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Anthropic SDK (Claude) and building with LLMs
- Hands-on with agent frameworks and tool-use patterns (ReAct, function calling, multi-agent)
- Comfortable "vibe coding" with AI tools while still writing solid, maintainable code
- Good understanding of Python and modern backend practices
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Solid ML basics – PyTorch or TensorFlow, model evaluation, and experimentation
- A practical mindset: you care about making things work reliably, not just demos
