Job Title: AI Multimedia Designer & Video Editor
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: MST (Mountain Standard Time)

Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Multimedia Designer & Video Editor to create high-quality visual and video content at scale. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering polished creative assets quickly and accurately using Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Content
* Create social media graphics, web banners, ads, and marketing materials
* Develop layouts and branded templates aligned with client guidelines
* Apply strong design principles (typography, colour, layout)
* Deliver high-quality work from brief with minimal revisions

Video Editing & Production
* Edit video content for social media, campaigns, and internal use
* Handle full production: editing, motion graphics, audio, captions, and export
* Add transitions, B-roll, and branded elements
* Optimise videos for different platforms and formats

AI-Assisted Production
* Use AI video and image generation tools to produce content variations and scale output — tools such as Google Flow, Veo3, Leonardo.ai, Luma Labs, and Dream Machine are part of this workflow
* Maintain quality while leveraging automation
* Stay current with emerging AI tools — experience on any comparable platform (Google Flow, Veo3, Leonardo.ai, Luma Labs, Dream Machine) is expected

Collaboration & Workflow
* Work with content, SEO, and marketing teams
* Interpret briefs and deliver to specification
* Maintain organised project files and asset libraries
* Prepare final assets for publishing

Requirements
* 3+ years experience in graphic design, multimedia, or video editing
* Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Solid understanding of design fundamentals
* Professional-level video editing skills
* Hands-on experience with AI video/image generation tools (Google Flow, Veo3, Leonardo.ai, Luma Labs, Dream Machine, or equivalent) — active use on real deliverables required
* Availability to work full-time in MST hours

Nice to Have
* Experience creating content for social media platforms
* Knowledge of video copyright and platform guidelines (e.g. YouTube)
* Motion graphics experience (e.g. lower thirds, animated text)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
