Description:

Revision Dynamics GmbH is seeking a highly skilled AI / LLM Engineer with strong Backend expertise to join our development team. We are a German-based company looking for top-tier technical talent in Pakistan to contribute to the development of our AI-driven product suite.

This role requires a candidate who can bridge the gap between Large Language Models and robust, scalable backend infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI workflows and integrating them into a high-performance backend system.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Implementation: Design and deploy LLM-powered features using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic workflows.

Backend Development: Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance APIs and microservices using FastAPI.

Database Management: Architect and manage data systems using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and integrate Vector databases for AI memory and retrieval.

API Integrations: Develop secure integrations with third-party enterprise tools, managing complex OAuth2 flows and webhooks.

• System Optimization: Monitor and improve LLM performance, focusing on context window management, token efficiency, and response accuracy.
• Technical Requirements:

AI Expertise: Professional experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Backend Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Python and FastAPI.

Database Knowledge: Strong experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL, including familiarity with vector search (e.g., pgvector or dedicated vector stores).

API Development: Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and handling complex authentication and authorization protocols.

• Architecture: Understanding of asynchronous task processing and scalable system design.
• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing and deploying production-ready AI agents.

Strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
