🚀 Hiring: AI Engineer | Full-Time | Lahore

Arzen Incorporation is looking for an Intermediate AI Engineer who can build AI solutions and confidently communicate with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Build LLM-powered chatbots, AI assistants, agents & RAG systems.
Develop AI automation workflows using APIs, webhooks, n8n/Make or Python.
Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces for AI products.
Handle document processing, embeddings, data extraction and retrieval.
Join client calls, understand requirements and confidently explain technical solutions.
Test, optimize and deploy AI applications.
Required Skills
1–2+ years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM projects.
Strong Python and familiarity with FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Pandas or Pydantic.
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering and RAG.
Basic full-stack knowledge: React/Next.js, TypeScript and databases.

Excellent spoken and written English with confidence in client communication.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have
LangGraph/CrewAI, Voice AI or WhatsApp/Slack integrations.
n8n/Make automation.
Docker, AWS/GCP/Vercel.
Freelance/agency or international client experience.
AI projects on GitHub/portfolio.
