Ai / Copilot Studio Lead Engineer

This is a critical technical leadership role at Adrem Technologies. We are looking for an experienced AI / Copilot Studio Lead Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI / OpenAI, and enterprise solution design. The ideal candidate will lead the development of AI agents integrated with Dynamics 365 F&O and Sales MCP servers, while collaborating closely with consulting and engineering teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Integrate MCP actions with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 F&O and Sales

Architect grounding strategies and ensure safe, effective prompt design

- Conduct technical workshops and solution discussions with customers

- Collaborate with Dynamics 365 consultants and MCP developers

- Ensure AI agent quality, performance, security, and scalability

- Provide technical leadership and best practices for AI implementations

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, actions, plugins)

- Experience with Azure services: Functions, API Management, OpenAI, App Service

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and structured actions

- Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales or F&O)

- Experience with .NET Core / C#

- Strong solution design, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies
