Description:

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Automation Specialist to architect and deploy smart, modular workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, Power BI, Power Automate, and Python. You’ll be instrumental in building predictive dashboards, integrating APIs, and automating complex business processes with precision.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation flows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and Power Automate

• Build predictive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI

• Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks (e.g., accounting, POS, CRM systems)

• Write and optimize Python scripts for custom logic, data transformation, and error handling

• Structure JSON payloads for dynamic data mapping and multi-step workflows

• Implement audit logging, batch processing, and recovery logic

• Collaborate on branded pitch decks and client-facing demos

• Document workflows and create reusable templates for vertical-specific use cases

Requirements

• Proven experience with n8n, Zapier, Make.com, Power BI, and Power Automate

• Strong command of JSON and Python for automation scripting

• Familiarity with accounting, inventory, or CRM systems is a plus

• Ability to deliver production-ready flows with clear documentation

• Bonus: Experience with OCR, AI agents, or predictive analytics
