Paklogics is seeking a reliable, proactive Admin Officer to join our Faisalabad office. We are seeking someone who can efficiently manage office operations, support daily administrative activities, and help maintain a productive work environment for our growing team.
This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle office coordination, supplies, and vendor management
- Maintain attendance records and internal documentation
- Coordinate with HR, management, and different departments for operational support
- Organize meetings, schedules, and office-related arrangements
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office
- Maintain office discipline and professional environment
- Assist management with reports, follow-ups, and task coordination
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoices, and operational records when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous administrative or office management experience is preferred
- Must be comfortable working on-site during evening/night shift timings
