Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure 100% accuracy in sales reconciliations.
✔ Verify invoices and submit them to Finance for vendors/couriers.
✔ Process invoices and manage payment postings efficiently.
✔ Maintain cash flow records and reconcile customer ledgers.
✔ Oversee contract documentation and manage monthly billing.
✔ Proactively follow up with clients/vendors for timely payments.
