We Are Hiring | Accounts Receivable & Collections Expert
📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Expert to take ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle for a multi-country GCC receivables portfolio within the logistics sector.
The role demands a professional who can ensure strong invoicing governance, disciplined collections management, effective dispute resolution, and accurate customer reconciliations while maintaining clean customer ledgers and driving timely cash conversion. Close coordination with cross-country internal stakeholders and customers will be central to success in this position.
The selected candidate will play a key role in reducing DSO and aging, implementing segmented collections strategies, maintaining weekly AR dashboards and action trackers, and managing structured escalations of overdue balances.
The position also involves managing logistics-specific disputes, including but not limited to:
• Proof of Delivery (POD) & delivery confirmations
• Rate differences & billing adjustments
• Demurrage / detention-related matters
• SLA claims & service-related disputes
• Fuel surcharges & associated variations
Additionally, the role will support credit control activities (customer onboarding, credit limits, holds) and contribute to month-end AR close processes (cut-off support, unapplied cash reviews, provisioning inputs).
Requirements:
• CA Finalist / ACCA / CMA
• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable / Collections experience
• GCC exposure strongly preferred
• Prior exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, 3PL, warehousing, or last-mile operations preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, Netsuite, or similar)
• Strong customer-facing communication and negotiation skills
