Account Officer

Crown Group, a reputed name in the industrial and automotive sectors of Pakistan, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join their finance team at Port Qasim. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting broader financial functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations

• Maintain and update the general ledger in accordance with company procedures

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for financial documentation

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

• Experience in industrial or automotive finance will be an advantage
