Account Executive

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with strong expertise in finance operations and accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to managing various financial tasks, including costing, budgeting, taxation, and bank reconciliations. This role requires a diligent professional adept at generating vouchers, resolving payment and cheque issues, reconciling ledgers, and handling payables and receivables operations. Candidates with a solid educational background from IBA, IOBM, Szabist, or ICMA are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed costing and budgeting analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Manage taxation compliance and ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Generate vouchers for various financial transactions.
• Address and resolve payment and cheque-related issues with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee all operational tasks related to accounts payables and receivables.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate degree from IBA, IOBM, Szabist, or ICMA.
• Proven expertise in costing, budgeting, taxation, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of voucher generation and issue resolution in payments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
