Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust (NSYET) is looking for a dedicated Academic Lead who can help us empower visually impaired youth through accessible training, innovation, and inclusive learning.
🔹 Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead curriculum development and updates to keep our students future-ready
• Conduct training needs analysis and support capacity building for staff and faculty
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and purpose-driven work environment
• Strengthen academic quality and ensure impactful learning outcomes
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience (NGO or education sector preferred)
• A compassionate leader who believes in teamwork and social impact
• Strong communication, public speaking, and documentation skills
• A passion for service, inclusion, and empowering others
