Comprehensive Planning and Design: Develop and review urban and rural plans alongside detailed architectural designs, ensuring they meet sustainability goals, community needs, and regulatory compliance.

Advanced Visualization: Utilise CGI, Revit, and CAD software to create highly detailed images, models, and drawings that accurately represent proposed developments and architectural designs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, local authorities, and the public, to gather inputs, negotiate designs, and secure approvals.

Technical Documentation and Compliance: Generate technical documents, including construction details, specifications, and project timelines. Ensure all designs adhere to legal standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Research and Sustainability: Conduct comprehensive research on environmental impacts, zoning laws, and urban trends to inform sustainable and innovative planning and design solutions.

● Project Coordination: Oversee project workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams, construction crews, and regulatory bodies for successful project execution.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans for land use that reflect community needs, economic objectives, and environmental sustainability. This involves analysing data, forecasting future needs, and creating policies that guide development.

Development Management: Assess planning applications and proposals to ensure they meet local and national planning policies and guidelines. This includes negotiating with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality developments.

Environmental Stewardship: Assess and address the environmental impacts of proposed developments, promoting practices that protect and enhance the natural and built environment. This includes considerations of biodiversity, climate change mitigation, and adaptation.

Urban Design: Collaborate on the design of public spaces, urban areas, and new developments to ensure they are functional, attractive, and sustainable. This often involves working closely with architects, landscape architects, and urban designers.

Consultancy and Advice: Provide expert advice to clients, including government bodies, developers, and the public on planning strategies, development potential, and the planning application process.

 

 

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in urban planning, Architectural Technology, or a related field with a strong foundation in both planning principles and architectural practices.

● 1-5 years of experience

demonstrate local or international projects works on, reviewing planning laws, policies framework and ensure they meet planning process, review decisions, produce feasibility reports analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, project management skills.

● Extensive experience with CGI, Revit, and CAD tools, demonstrated through a portfolio of work in urban planning and architectural design.

● Deep knowledge of urban development, building codes, sustainability practices, and construction technology.

● Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to overcoming design challenges.

● Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
