We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing HR team. If you have experience hiring top tech talent in a software house or IT environment, we’d love to connect!

🔎 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Post engaging job ads across multiple channels
• Conduct screening calls to assess technical skills & culture fit
• Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT / Software House
• Strong understanding of roles like MERN Stack, .NET, Python/AI, Software Engineers
• Hands-on sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
