We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Malir Shamsi Society, Karachi. If you have strong experience hiring for IT and technical roles and can manage the full recruitment cycle independently — this role is for you.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract qualified technical candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Proactively hunt passive candidates for niche and critical roles
- Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline
- Recruitment Process Management
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely feedback and smooth candidate experience
- Handle offer negotiations and salary discussions
- Manage onboarding transition after offer acceptance
- Draft and update job descriptions
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
- Maintain recruitment reports and employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate complete onboarding process
- Collect and verify required documentation
- Maintain accurate HR databases
- Support HR operations when required
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT, software development & engineering roles
- Excellent sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
