Tekboox US-based IT solutions company looking to hire Technical Recruiter

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and professional platforms.

• Identify and engage with qualified candidates through sourcing tools, job portals, and networking.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update a strong pipeline of technical candidates.

• Understand technical roles and terminology to effectively assess candidates.

• US recruitment experience is a plus

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.

• Proficiency with online hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed,).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles under pressure.

• Previous experience with US-based recruitment will prefer
