Virtelligence is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter (Entry Level) to join our team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in recruitment—especially those eager to grow in IT recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top-tier tech professionals using various recruitment tools and platforms.
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle and develop a solid foundation in talent acquisition for the IT industry. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and attract candidates for technical positions through LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other sourcing platforms.
Understand technical job descriptions and match them with suitable candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with prospects.
Assist in screening and coordinating interviews.
Develop strategies to attract passive candidates.
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT recruitment).
Basic knowledge of IT job roles, technologies, and terminology.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or similar sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
