Technical Recruiter

 

Description:

- Determine and implement the most effective ways for attracting technical and non-technical candidates.
- Create recruiting advertisements: post and/or place ads for open positions in the most successful digital and/or print media.
- You will identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- You will perform initial screening for all the clients hiring projects assigned to you.
- You will manage the company’s candidate database and develop a talent pool for future hiring needs
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
- You are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Requirements:

 New Employees are subjected to 2 weeks of “Paid Trial Period”;
 Availability to work 40 hours a week;
 Excellent Remote – Work ethic is required;
 Availability to work in CST time zone;
 Exceptionally strong communication skills are required;
 Must be proficient in the English Language;
 Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications;
 Previous experience in the relevant domains is preferred.
