Description:

  • Recruitment: This involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Onboarding: Once new employees are hired, you would be responsible for ensuring they are successfully onboarded into the organisation. This includes coordinating orientation and training programs to familiarise new hires with the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Performance Management: The Talent and Culture Associate would be responsible for managing the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring that performance evaluations are conducted fairly and accurately.
  • Employee Engagement: This involves planning and coordinating activities and events that promote employee engagement and boost morale. This might include organising team building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
  • HR Administration: The Talent and Culture Associate would assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, updating employee records, and processing HR-related paperwork.
  • Compliance: The Talent and Culture Associate would need to stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure that the organisation is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Culture building: You will help foster and maintain a strong organisational culture that aligns with the organisation's values and goals. This may involve organising cultural events and activities, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Recruiter position, or similar.
  • Strong experience in full cycle recruitment activities including but not limited to; sourcing, qualifying technical candidates, networking, candidate assessment and salary negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Strong ability to recruit for roles that involve an array of technologies including but not limited to; ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript, NodeJS, and more.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring interactions, and other administrative recruitment activities.
