Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vertex IT Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the full cycle recruitment process for technical and specialized roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and project teams to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates who align with our technical standards and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, technical expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Use various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Leverage advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques to identify passive talent.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote Vertex IT Solutions as an employer of choice through creative recruitment campaigns and networking initiatives.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication at every stage.
- Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and university events to attract emerging talent.
Process Optimization & Compliance
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data protection standards.
- Contribute to HR and recruitment analytics, helping refine strategies through actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the IT, software, or technology services industry.
- Solid understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, QA engineers, DevOps, UI/UX designers, and project managers).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and GitHub.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to measure recruitment success.
