Description:
TriVA Global is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong hiring track record across IT, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, E-commerce, and AI/ML/LLM & Automation roles. The ideal candidate will have a ready and active talent pipeline, deep market knowledge, and the ability to hire fast-paced, high-quality talent for growing digital and tech teams. This role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and strategic sourcing for niche and technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and digital roles across IT, Marketing, E-commerce, and AI/ML.
· Build, maintain, and leverage a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and urgent hiring needs.
· Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job portals, referrals, communities, and headhunting.
· Conduct Boolean searches and proactive outreach for niche technical profiles.
Technical & Functional Screening
· Screen candidates for technical depth, role relevance, cultural fit, and communication skills.
· Understand job requirements clearly and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
· Coordinate technical interviews and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluation.
Stakeholder & Process Management
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers, team leads, and HR to understand hiring priorities.
· Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process, from initial screening to offer rollout.
· Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and pipeline tracking.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
· Represent TriVA Global professionally in the talent market.
· Share insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
· Support employer branding initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
. 2-4 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter.
· Strong hiring exposure in IT & Software Development, Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing, E-commerce (Marketplace, Operations, Performance roles), and AI Automation / Machine Learning (ML).
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
· Strong existing candidate pipeline across technical and digital domains.
· Excellent command of Boolean search, headhunting, and sourcing strategies.
· Solid understanding of technical terminologies and role expectations.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
· Familiarity with remote and international hiring is a plus.
