Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for U.S. or Canadian voice-based campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, courteous tone in all interactions
• Record and resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

✅ Prior experience on U.S. or Canadian voice campaigns (preferred)

✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

✅ Ability to work night or evening shifts

✅ Fresh graduates with strong English fluency and a customer-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply
