Global Reliance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end international recruitment — sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates for our global clients. You’ll collaborate closely with overseas teams, ensuring a seamless and professional hiring experience across borders.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (international experience preferred)
✅ Strong English communication & coordination skills
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other global job portals
✅ Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 3 AM)
✅ Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets
