Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Lahore. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying needs and sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role also includes responsibilities for employer branding and recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
