PLC Group is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Recruitment to join its HR team in Islamabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive global recruitment initiatives and contribute to building high-performing teams across various international markets.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, focusing primarily on hiring technical and commercial professionals from diverse regions. This role requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of international recruitment practices, compliance standards, and multicultural engagement. You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HR business partners across time zones to fulfill hiring needs effectively and on time.
The successful candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth hiring experience from candidate outreach to onboarding, while maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and utilizing ATS systems to track performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end international recruitment process for technical and commercial roles
Collaborate with cross-border HR and business teams to schedule and conduct interviews across multiple time zones
Ensure full compliance with international labor and hiring laws
Manage offer processes, conduct negotiations, and oversee onboarding procedures
Utilize ATS and reporting tools to track recruitment KPIs, monitor progress, and generate reports
Develop talent pipelines and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to various international markets
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of professional recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on international hiring
Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and hire candidates across different countries and regions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
