Green HR Solution, a recruitment firm serving a US-based clientele, is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Lahore-based hybrid team. This position is designed for a results-driven, creative, and tech-savvy recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other automation tools, and must be comfortable working in evening hours (from 5 PM PKT onwards) to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for US-based positions.

• Proactively search and engage with potential candidates using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other recruitment automation platforms.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet dynamic and ongoing hiring needs.

• Think outside the box to reach passive candidates and ensure rapid turnaround for hiring demands.

• Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align recruitment strategies.

• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure success and optimize sourcing strategies.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of LinkedIn recruitment tools such as Sales Navigator and Apollo.

• Proven track record in US-based talent sourcing and recruitment.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

• Comfortable working evening/night shifts (starting from 5 PM PKT).

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-focused.
