Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions. This includes posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, handling offer rollouts, and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, creating effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Sourcing Candidates:
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Interviews and Evaluation:
Conduct resume screenings, telephonic, and in-person interviews to evaluate both skill fit and cultural alignment.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Negotiate job offers, handle documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
HR Operations Support:
Assist with onboarding, employee file management, HRIS updates, and compliance activities.
Payroll and HR Data:
Support payroll coordination and timely submission of monthly HR data.
HR Policy Implementation:
Help implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal regulations.
Employee Engagement:
Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Industry Trends:
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition and HR management.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
Skills: Familiarity with HRIS platforms and modern recruitment tools.
Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Organization: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Teamwork: A team player with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
