We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and sourcing top-tier talent for the organization. This position involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to ensure efficient talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the applicant tracking system with accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to hiring managers.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Ensure full compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
