We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring US-lingual sales professionals, especially for software houses. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for top sales talent.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit US-lingual sales candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet specific talent needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting US-lingual sales talent and for software houses.
• Familiarity with hiring practices and sales recruitment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
• Ability to work during night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
