We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. If you are passionate about hiring, coordination, and building strong talent pipelines, this opportunity is for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates and maintain an organized CV database
• Manage ATS and build a strong talent pool
• Review manpower requests, budgets, and job descriptions
• Create and publish job advertisements when required
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
• Arrange technical assessments and panel interviews
• Finalize hiring decisions and support onboarding

🎓 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business Administration preferred)
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong knowledge of ATS and data management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
