Envicrete is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer who will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent to drive organizational success.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments
✔ Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements
✔ Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other platforms
✔ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
✔ Maintain and update recruitment records
✔ Conduct background checks and reference verification
✔ Make offers, handle negotiations, and ensure timely closures of roles

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
✔ Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Hands-on experience with job portals
