Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media sourcing tools is highly desirable, as it will help streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate engagement.
