Talent Acquisition Executive

 

Description:

  • Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media and company’s talent pool etc.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Conducting in-person interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match the open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Onboarding the new hires and helping them transition into their new roles comfortably.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment updates to department managers.
  • Creating HR documents such as policies, job descriptions, forms, reports etc.
  • Strong grasp of employees benefit plan and experience of handling benefits documentation and responding to the benefits related employee queries in a professional manner.
