Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with hands-on exposure to technical hiring (Software Development & Healthcare IT roles).
• Strong sourcing, screening, assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work the mid shift.
