Future Vision 360 is looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in US IT Staffing and Recruitment. If you have hands-on experience sourcing top IT talent for the US market, we’d love to connect with you.

🔎 Key Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of experience in US IT Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
✔ Strong vendor network and rate negotiation skills
✔ Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
✔ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated professional
✔ Must have own laptop
