The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from role definition and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and pre-onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers, department leads, and the HR team to help fill roles efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also leverage AI tools and automation to support a modern, data-driven, and candidate-friendly hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 

  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn
     

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms
  • Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
  • Interest in employer branding and proactive sourcing
     

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Assist hiring managers in defining hiring requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Draft job descriptions using AI tools and post openings on HireStream, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university outreach.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills, motivation, and role suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines in HireStream.
  • Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely feedback is collected.
  • Support pre-onboarding activities, including preparing joining emails and coordinating onboarding requirements.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, job descriptions, candidate communication, and recruitment reporting.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in HireStream, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and ensure hiring trackers remain current and audit-ready.
  • Ensure professional, timely, and responsive communication with candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team throughout the recruitment process.
