TechXaro is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, & coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring HR policy compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment or HR.
• Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal abilities.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & MS Office.
• Attributes: Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
