We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively source candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
