Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Conduct mass screening for U.S.-based roles
Source, assess, and engage top talent
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably for U.S. markets)
Strong screening and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary: 100-140k (Depending on experience and skills)

Timings: Monday to Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
