V2F Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter.

🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Design & lead technical recruitment strategies.
✔ Partner with clients to deliver tailored hiring solutions.
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
✔ Mentor new joiners & ensure smooth integration.
✔ Build strong client & candidate relationships.
✔ Provide insights/reports to optimize processes.
✔ Stay updated on HR & tech hiring best practices.

🔹 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s in HR, Business, IT (Master’s preferred).
✔ 4–5 yrs technical recruitment (2+ yrs in leadership).
✔ Strong knowledge of IT roles (software, cloud, cyber, infra).
✔ Proven client service & relationship management.
✔ Skilled in ATS/CRM & sourcing platforms.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
