Senior Revit Architect

Description:

BPO Impact is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revit Architect to join our Architectural & Design Team.

This is a professional-level position for architects with proven experience working on US-based architectural and construction projects and advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit.

We are specifically looking for candidates who can independently contribute to professional projects, understand architectural requirements, produce accurate Revit models and construction documentation, coordinate with other disciplines, and consistently deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.

This is not an entry-level position. Fresh graduates, trainees, interns, and candidates with only a few months of Revit experience are not suitable for this role.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Develop detailed architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.

·      Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.

·      Create and maintain high-quality 3D architectural models.

·      Work on US-based architectural and construction projects.

·      Coordinate architectural models and drawings with MEP and structural disciplines.

·      Review drawings and models for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

·      Implement client comments, revisions, and design changes efficiently.

·      Follow applicable US/international construction standards and client requirements.

·      Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams.

·      Manage project deliverables and consistently meet deadlines.

• MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven hands-on experience working on US-based projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong experience in architectural modeling and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.
• Knowledge of US/international construction standards and practices.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating Revit-based architectural projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
