Senior Recruiter

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join my team.

This IS NOT a typical tech recruitment role—we need someone who gets the financial services space, particularly in consulting, risk, audit, and GRC.

If you have hired across Pakistan and the GCC, understand the nuances of financial consulting talent, and can confidently handle both local and regional mandates, I’d love to connect.

What matters most:
Experience with financial consulting/GRC roles (not tech)
Comfort working across Pakistan & GCC markets
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and hiring partners
A thoughtful, strategic approach to hiring—not just filling roles

This is a key role as we scale locally & regionally, and I’m looking for someone who can own it. I am open to applicants in Pakistan or GCC.
